Social Media Account Management

Social media can be a passive way to maintain online awareness and branding, OR it can drive traffic to your website, improve your company's reputation, increase sales calls/emails, and be a means to build an online community that supports and reinforces your brand. The best returns will come from a strategic social media plan that has measurable goals and
connects with your company's marketing goals.

Below are three packages depending on where you are with social media. Any package can be customized. 

Package 1: Basic Social Media Management $300/month

This package is ideal if you're just starting out and unsure of your long-term social media goals.

 

  • 1-3 posts per week, depending on the network

    • Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram: 2-3 posts/week

    • LinkedIn and Pinterest: 1-2 posts/week

  • Scheduling and publishing all posts

  • Basic strategy to implement the social media content; for example, which sources and content to use, planning around holidays and promotions, and when and how often to post

  • Basic social media metrics: quarterly reports on followers, overall engagement, and most popular posts

Package 2: Social Media Management PLUS Campaigns and Metrics $500/month

Package 2 is ideal if you have basic ideas of what you want from social media, you want to do regular paid campaigns, and you need a way to measure if the plan is working. All of what's included in Package 1 plus:

  • 3-5 posts per week, depending on the network

    • Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram: 4-5 posts/week

    • LinkedIn and Pinterest: 2-3 posts/week

  • Basic strategy, writing, and implementation of 1-2 paid campaigns per quarter on any network (does not include the cost of the campaign itself)

  • Quarterly social media tracking and analytics reports, including detailed engagement rates, reach, audience analysis, content trends, and recommendations

Package 3: Social Media Management PLUS Strategy & Content $650/month

Package 3 is a good fit if you know what you want from social media OR you need help figuring out your strategy, and you need someone to help you implement it. This is best for long-term commitments of at least three to six months to track progress. All of what's included in Package 2 plus:

 

  • Detailed social media strategy, including competitor and audience analysis, industry trends and benchmarks, goals and objectives, and tracking and measurement

  • 1-2 500-word blog posts per month on topics of your choice (I can suggest content if needed)

Optional Add-On Services to any social media package (billed at an hourly rate):

  • Staff training on social media (in-person or remote)

  • Website copywriting and basic editing/development

  • Print promotions and direct mail

  • Copywriting for advertising and other promotional content, like brochures or flyers

  • Overall marketing and branding strategy

  • Business event planning and tradeshow marketing

  • Recruitment campaigns

Executive LinkedIn Support

LinkedIn is the best social network for working professionals, and when you invest the time and effort in the right places, it pays off: in personal branding, corporate exposure, thought leadership, and clients. We offer four levels of LinkedIn support, and each one can be customized to fit your needs. 

 

Basic $75

Basic optimized profile (custom summary not included)

Connected $150

Optimized profile, connections management, group targeting

Premium $275

All of the above, plus customized summary, detailed experience, recommendation management, import contacts, 2 hours of hands-on support and training

All-Star $500

All of the above, plus one original LinkedIn Pulse post, targeted prospect search, and 4 hours of hands-on support and training

Business Award Nominations

The Business Journals sponsors several events throughout the year to honor and recognize leaders in industry and within companies. A nomination to one of these awards is great for publicity, team morale, and brand awareness. The issue is that most nominations are time-consuming, often requiring at least three or four pages of single-spaced text for a single submission. 

 

Did you know that when a company hires an outside agency to write the nomination, there is a higher likelihood of that company winning the award? 

We have a successful track record of helping companies win awards such as CFO of the Year, Manufacturer of the Year, Family Business of the Year, and more. You have the story -- let us help you tell it.

Base fee of $350 includes:

  • 1-2 hour interview with key personnel (in-person, phone/Skype, or e-mail)

  • Original, meticulously written nomination (usually 3-5 pages, single-spaced)

  • 2 rounds of edits

  • Submission to publication

  • Option to serve as liaison with publication

 

Requires minimum 2-week advance notice. Surcharge applies for rush nominations. 

Optional Add-On:

If your company wins in its category, option to add PR & Promotions services for $250: 

  • Design and place ad in publication (media buy extra)

  • Write content you can share on your company's social media platforms

  • Write a press release you can share on your company's news feed

Frequently Asked Questions

What about phone, e-mail, and in-person meetings?

E-mail and phone communications are always included with every package. Generally, there are no extra fees for in-person meetings. Travel costs may be extra if your company is located more than 15 miles from Pittsburgh.

Can I add or delete certain elements of a package?

We can usually customize any package to fit your needs.

How is payment handled?

We issue invoices either upon completion of the project or at month-end, depending on the package. 

What if I want to change something after we start?
